His Story Continues

I started losing the money in the bookmakers, I used to go there everyday,
this was generally fun and I would meet many other gamblers there and
maybe have a drink after the gambling finished, although money was lost,
this gave me some form of social life.

I then stopped going to the bookmakers and started gambling indoors on
the internet. I also started playing poker.

During the initial period I would win someday and lose others I keep well
documented accounts, and I was very aware of what I was losing, this was
very clear.

It finally got to the stage that I would not gamble through the week, but
when work had finished for the weekend I would lose the lot before
 returning
to work on the Monday, I did not even win anymore.

The contract I was on then finished and then I did not have any income,
and no money to gamble. This was the rock bottom and the point of no
return.
